Filing of Court Documents

FILING OF COURT DOCUMENTS & POSTING OF BOND

• Please review the (Common Pleas Court) Local Rules of Court for any filing concerns or questions.
• In-person or Mail submissions: Send to Pickaway County Clerk of Courts, 207 South Court Street, 2nd Floor, Circleville, Ohio 43113 
• E-Mail submissions: Send to clerkofcourts@pickawaycountyohio.gov. Written Instructions/Praecipes or documents requiring service that are electronically presented for filing will not be processed. Time stamped copies of email submissions will NOT be returned.
• CIVIL and CRIMINAL E-filings now available. Filings should be submitted through our e-filing portal which is now available for registration and submissions here: Pickaway County Common Pleas Clerk of Courts. Domestic submissions will not be accepted through e-filing at this time. Only use one method of submission to avoid duplicate processing.

• Members of the public who are seeking to post bond for a defendant should call the Clerk’s Office for further instruction before visiting in-person.
